Marion Nestle turns 90 today, and on Tuesday I got to celebrate with her at NYU’s Bobst Library, where a launch party for Sugar Coated doubled as a birthday party.

Sugar Coated will explore how the food industry, publicly and behind the scenes, sells its products—as illustrated by breakfast cereals.
